FIFA 19 Question (frustrating!)

So I've unlocked 1-4 boot packs while playing my player career yet no more boots appear than the default selection. I also unlocked all the hair styles which works just fine. But for some reason I can't choose any more cleats. It's very annoying "unlocking" something to find nothing.

Can anyone help?

You should be able to edit your character after you initially create him/her in career/online. I don't believe you have the option to change boots/cleats at the character creation screen.

I'm well beyond that. I can edit anyone and change their cleats but I only can choose from the default selection even though it says I have unlocked 4 packs of cleats. I was wondering where I can find them.
