Had a small hemorrhoid scare, thankfully that wasnt the case...i felt like in was getting plenty of fiber with my spinach salads at my meals but i would like to up my fiber. I eat a high protein very low carb diet (no more than 50g carbs, most days less than 20) i get plenty of fat and a lot of water (close to 1.5 gallons) im lookin for a good fiber powder or something along those lines that wont mess up my macronutients but will get my bowels moving so to speak. Im also goin to start taking a stool softener. thanks for all advice

I take FiberChoice tablets. The ones I have are actually pretty tasty.

    broccoli is always good.

and i use straight psyllium husk and mix that into my shakes (1 or 2 teaspoon) and that works well too

Yeah, psyllium based fibers are good. I take Metamucil about once a week (typically on Monday to clear out any garbage I may have eaten on the weekend). Keeps the shit flowing nicely!
