Meh. Doing hyperextensions with resistance bands is pretty normal compared to the rest of the shit that I've seen from him in the gym.

The lower back does not need to be trained dynamically.
even in this workout why i have the feeling he's not careful in doing it.

Why is this prick so intent on injuring himself? Absolutely no need to snap his back around like that. The exercise is sound but slow and smooth is much safer.

I always assumed snap-jitsu was about his opponent's body breaking but I think he's actually referring to himself.
