A southern California man is suing a band of pink-clad female bounty hunters for shooting him with a stun gun and rubber bullets and pepper spraying him during a bizarre arrest attempt at an Arby's restaurant last month.
Daniel Duvall, a 35-year-old out on bond for drug and weapons charges, claimed the vigilante crew - who call themselves the 'Lipstick Bounty Hunters' - broke his nose, blinded him and left him with bruises and cuts on his body during the scuffle at the Huntington Beach fast food joint, according to local reports.
The bounty hunters posted video of the incident online.
They were after him because of a $4,000 debt he owed a bail bonds company.
In the video, the women, armed with stun-guns and pistols loaded with rubber bullets, swarm Duvall inside the restaurant.

During a struggle, one of them fires a stun gun at Duvall as he races out the door.
The crackle electricity can be heard as Duvall screams and tries to fight the women off.
"I put my hands up...inching toward the door...and then all of a sudden she shoots me and then I got tased and I was just out that door," he told local CBS2.
"I couldn't breathe. I had pepper spray in my eye, dye, I was tased," he said.
Duvall said the group blinded him in one eye with a rubber bullet during the fight.

Duvall said the group blinded him in one eye with a rubber bullet during the fight.
He eventually broke free and managed to drive off in his car.
Duvall told UT San Diego that he suffered retinal damage and is blind in his right eye.
The bounty hunters have argued that they had reason to believe Duvall was dangerous and were legally allowed to use force to try to apprehend him.
Duvall's lawyer, Dan Gilleon, accused the gang of thuggery.
"They can go and say, 'Well, we thought he was dangerous. He was a criminal.' Whatever. It doesn't matter," he told CBS2. "Assault and battery and you blind somebody."
Gilleon said he planned to file a multi-million dollar suit against the bounty hunters on Friday.
