Cool article, Sherk looks smaller as expected, he looks like he's off the roids.

155 is a tough mark, lol, especially with all the random tests these days.

hadn't really made my mind up either way before regarding sherks suspension, but the photos do show a pretty big difference pre and post suspension:

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAH too funny and this whole time I believe maybe Sherk wasn't lying about not roiding. This clears everything up.

Sherk's neck looks tiny compared to the before photo, his pecs look smaller and his abs looked a lot less inflated. How strange.

I'll reserve judgment on a size difference until fight time. Even if he was innocent, you don't think he's going to watch his supplements a lot closer now, and perhaps cut a few out? Maybe he's switched up his strength and conditioning regiment so he can be more lean and less bulky? Maybe the picture is shot at a different angle, with different lighting, at a different distance?

Honestly, there's a huge thread on the heavyweights about this, and going off of one picture like this to make a judgment call is premature imo.

Well I get to see Sherk train a couple times a week and I was there a couple hours after this picture was taken. I can tell you this picture makes him look a lot smaller than what he actually looks like. I have no idea why, but at weigh in you should probably see a difference, depending on how much weight he cuts in between.

I have, not as often though. Not since the Mir fight. I think when he does train, he comes in the mornings for 1:1 work with greg nelson. Sherk just trains all day, lol.

sherk also isnt flexing his ass off in the second one. although he does look smaller i think its mainly lighting and camera angles thats making him look so huge/small in the pics

Not exactly, titos head is way too big for his (and everyone else's) body, sherks head is normal sized but his body is too small, ie legs and arms too short.

I really don't see the difference between those two pictures, and I'm no stranger to bodybuilding. He's flexing hard in the first one, totally relaxed in the second one. To the people saying his neck looks bigger in the first one, well, that's because he's raising his traps up to his ears. I can do the same and achieve the 'no neck' look, even though I don't look like that when walking around normally.

The only picture comparisons I've seen that highlight any real difference have been the ones comparing his current physique at 155 with his former physique at 170. He might have been juicing, I don't know, but any armchair M. D. claiming to be able to see the difference is full of shit.

If Sherk has been training with Feitosa for at least a few months BJ better bring his A game. Feitosa is no joke.
