Feedback on my cutting diet

I'm 6'0, 190- trying to drop about 12 pounds in six weeks. I lift MWF morning doing the 3 day S&P split. I do tabata burpees MWF afternoon, and run 2.1mi for speed on Tue,Thu,Sat. After every workout I'll have a shake with about 25-30g whey and 25-50g carbs. Not including PWO, I eat about 2000-2500 calories spaced out over 4-5 meals in the day. Every meal is broccoli + (eggs or steak or chicken or fish) + water.

yes/no?
 
Fish oil and maybe some green tea would be nice as well.
 
Keep the fat content up to satiate and stop your hormones going down the crapper. Throw in some olive oil and butter here and there.
