I'm 6'0, 190- trying to drop about 12 pounds in six weeks. I lift MWF morning doing the 3 day S&P split. I do tabata burpees MWF afternoon, and run 2.1mi for speed on Tue,Thu,Sat. After every workout I'll have a shake with about 25-30g whey and 25-50g carbs. Not including PWO, I eat about 2000-2500 calories spaced out over 4-5 meals in the day. Every meal is broccoli + (eggs or steak or chicken or fish) + water. yes/no?
