I am interested in how fedor emelianenko trains and in an interview on www.fedor.bel.ru fedor emelianenko states he doesnt use weights for strength training but instead does a "circular regieme where exercise equipment is laid out on the floor" and he moves from one to another .

Is this some kind of circuit training for anaerobic conditioning, i know fedor uses kettlebells, small dumbells and sledgehammers , i just cant see fedor or aleksander sprinting about doing push ups and sit ups. Any thoughts would be appreciated.

You just can't see it? You should watch the Pride to the top documentary on Fedor. There you'll get to see him and Aleks run, do pushups, situps etc etc. ;)
