After watching Fedor's last couple fights and hearing rumblings of him coming to the UFC I decided to see how I think he'd do against the UFC top 10. I think he's still very dangerous, quick hands just slowed reaction time in getting out of the way of strikes. Here's how I see it.

1. Stipe - Loss by KO
2. Werdum - Loss by decision
3. Velasquez - Loss by decision
4. Overeem - Win by KO
5. JDS - Loss by KO
6. Arlovski - Win by KO
7. Rothwell - Win by decision
8. Hunt - Win by sub
9. Browne - Loss by decision
10. Barnett - Win by decision

So I put him at 5-5. Obviously he wouldn't fight all these guys and I'd like to see how he'd do still. I'd like to see him start by fighting Mir or Bigfoot actually and I think there's probably like an 80 percent chance he beats either of them then he could move on and fight a better ranked guy. How do you guys think he'd do against the top 10?

He could win all of them. He could lose in all of them. Top 5 plus Hunt I would lean toward the UFC guys. The other four I'd take Fedor.

If Fedor has a real camp he is perfectly capable of being competitive with anyone.

Lol how do you see Brawldonaldo matching up against Overeem and Arlovski

I like those predictions except for Werdum. I think he'd handle Werdum in a rematch.

He just got the shit beat out of him and lost against overweight LHW Fabio Maldonado and people are still talking about him facing top 10 UFC heavyweights. Looks like Fedor nuthuggers really life in another reality.

From what i saw yesterday. Fedor would lose to the walk to the fucking octagon.

I see him getting beat up against Overeem badly and probably beat by Arlovski as well although I can see him tagging Arlovski. Just because he did okay boxing with Fedor I'm not allowed to think Fedor can do okay boxing with others? Fedor has much quicker hands than Maldonado his reaction time is just a little slowed getting out of the way and he got clipped with a counter. I still think Fedor is the better striker over Maldonado as he's faster and throws with more power but Fabio landed a good shot. Guys who are weighing in over 220 pounds are always going to have a shot at KO'ing anybody.

Fedor vs. Top 10 Heavyweights = 10 fight losing streak

He ain't ko'ing the ref at this point

If I brought up the fact Fabio is also an amateur boxer, would that be putting things into perspective or would that be just me clutching at straws?

I don't understand the people saying he looked slow. He was throwing some fast hands with power when he had maldonado against the cage. Maldonado just covered up well. Of course he looked like shit after he had his brains smashed in for more than half a round but he didn't look terrible before that. Anyone could get hit hard at that weight and change their entire game.

Even in his prime, Fedor was always pretty hittable. He just doesn't have that granite chin anymore, so unless he dramatically changes his style I don't see him surviving very long against the likes of Overreem, JDS, Stipe or any of the other HW strikers. Hell, at this point I think Werdum would murk him pretty badly on the feet, so long as he didn't use the face-first approach he used against Miocic.

Yeah I mean he fought Fabio the only area Fabio had a hope of beating him. Yeah he threw knees and such but that fight was pretty much a boxing match and that's the only way Fabio could have beat Fedor and it resulted in a close ass fight. I'd have gave it a draw.
