Arlovski, Mir, Couture & Sylvia could beat Fedor in 2005. But all of them at the same time vs Fedor.

He has to fight everyone who has ever fight in the UFC all at once?

    Fedor by TKO

Fedor already won. He's in a different organization, fighting UFC rejects and making huge money, is a figurehead for the sport in his home country, and doesn't even have to cut weight.

It's a shame we never got Couture vs Fedor and if I had to bet on it I think Randy would've won

I think we can all agree fedor is Elite now. He is up there with the top 5 HWs in the UFC.

I think JDS is the only bad match up for him stylistically. A fight with Cain or DC would be interesting too.

Well then it would be a different question although still an interesting one all on it's own. There is a difference between the Fedot then and now. Fedor then was fighting a more well rounded style as half or more of his wins back then were by sub and now he seems to have abandoned his ground game all together and become a head hunter. They are not the same fighter in my opinion.
