Its not even that. He doesnt even transition to grappling. He just throws bombs, no angles, no level changes, no transitions, nothing. Speed, power and explosion seems to all still be there. He just seems to have no interest in grappling nor has gameplans or fight IQ anymore.

I don't think that it's a coincidence that he slowly turned into a flat footed brawler as he got older. During his prime, he was surprisingly quick, explosive, and athletic. That all diminishes with age, and I'm sure it took a toll on his ability to transition. If you watch some of his older fights, he still made a lot of the same mistakes that he did now, but he got away with it because he had the natural athleticism make up for any technical deficiencies that he had. Once he started to lose, that you started seeing guys capitalize on that. I'm with you though, at his best, Fedor was a damn good grappler with some serious Ground n Pound.
