Sheer skill @ heavyweight...Fedor is the best...but his chin wouldn't hold up against guys like Carwin, Velasquez, Dos Santos, Stipe any many other big heavyweights.

True or False?

Fedor avoided the UFC for a reason.

You're still living in the past if you think he's the most skilled hw.
Fedor is/was a one dimensional brawler that throw wild shots and leave himself open to counter as shown in the arlovski and Bigfoot fight

Why do these Fedor threads constantly pop up?

Yup, for the same reason all of the UFC's best HWs of that era either left or tried to leave.

Considering Fedor made more money than Couture, Sylvia and Arlovski, it would appear he made a good choice.

As shown in the fights where he KO'd Arlovski and got overpowered on the ground by a guy with 50 lbs on him? The hell kind of 1 dimensional brawler has most of his wins by sub?

Quit lying to yourself. Fedor wanted no part of the UFC even when offered big money. He would get wrecked. That's why he fought cans in Japan instead.

Yeah, Arlovski looked great in that fight until he died halfway through the first round.

Hah! So true. I love when people expect good fighters to be perfect and win every second of every round. I mean, dude won the fight by knockout in the first round!!!
