Judge:

"Not only was the Attorney General being disingenuous then, but DOJ has been disingenuous to this Court with respect to the existence of a decision-making process that should be shielded by the deliberative process privilege. The agency’s redactions and incomplete explanations obfuscate the true purpose of the memorandum, and the excised portions belie the notion that it fell to the Attorney General to make a prosecution decision or that any such decision was on the table at any time. Moreover, the redacted portions of Section I reveal that both the authors and the recipient of the memorandum had a shared understanding concerning whether prosecuting the President was a matter to be considered at all...In other words, the review of the document reveals that the Attorney General was not then engaged in making a decision about whether the President should be charged with obstruction of justice; the fact that he would not be prosecuted was a given."

This is not the first time a federal judge has questioned the honesty of Barr regarding the Mueller Report. Last year a federal judge said:

"The inconsistencies between Attorney General Barr’s statements, made at a time when the public did not have access to the redacted version of the Mueller Report to assess the veracity of his statements, and portions of the redacted version of the Mueller Report that conflict with those statements cause the Court to seriously question whether Attorney General Barr made a calculated attempt to influence public discourse about the Mueller Report in favor of President Trump despite certain findings in the redacted version of the Mueller Report to the contrary. These circumstances generally, and Attorney General Barr’s lack of candor specifically, call into question Attorney General Barr’s credibility."

Here's my question - our chuds love to mention the "DeEp StAtE!" I've read quite a few comments about it, especially since the raid on Giuliani's apartment took place. Allegedly, the deep state is defending Hunter Biden from all his nefarious actions while attacking the innocent Rudy, who is trying to expose it all. Of course, taking a close look at this theory shows it has more holes than Swiss cheese.

Meanwhile, here we actually have actions from people, specifically called out by multiple federal judges in court for their BS, that are far closer to meeting the actual definition of what the Deep State supposedly is. Surely all you "It's 1984" and "this is fascism" fellas are going to be upset by this, right?

"But this is really it this time! Trump will be in cuffs in two more weeks. Trust the plan!" --Blue Anon

How far does one have to have their head up their ass to accuse Barr of anything when it comes to this made up Russia bullshit? You're an embarrassment to the human race

Good thing Barr isn't running for President.

Page one and you are already gif posting in defense. Oof. Just take your loss and move on. We've all had threads flop before.
Oh, please. Please. I discipline the chuds. All offense. Hands down at the waist. Walk right through those pillow fists. You guys can write "TDS" and give each other all the likes you want. It's about as effective as attacking an F-16 with silly string. Bitch.

Snap, Crackle, Pop.
I don’t blame you at laughing at these guys who still think 600,000 dead people is just the flu and a hoax. Where’d my flu go!!! They wouldn’t put forth the effort to read something as that is not what interests them. Knowledge. They just want outrage because how else can their egos explain away the last 4 years following an obvious con to the point of abandoning morals.

The Mueller report and everything that went into was fraudulent BS, so spare me.

Maybe you should be asking yourself why Mueller was a super hero up to the moment he had to testify and then came off like a befuddled old man who didn't have a clue about what was in his own report while under oath.

There was no "obstruction of justice" because justice was not being pursed. This was a politically driven charade based on lies told by Trumps enemies. An innocent man is under no obligation to cooperate with people out to hang him. Consider the fact that they never followed through on any suit to obtain whatever documents they pretended would solve the case. They had one suit going and then bailed out on it, and for the rest of it they were just shouting obstruction and making threats from the sidelines.

The only reason you people are keeping this alive is because you are afraid he might run and win again.

Mueller definitely turned out to be a wet fart. I'm not gonna argue that.

Then why did the Republican-led Senate Intel Committee report on Russian interference, have hundreds of pages of evidence that concluded with this:

"It is our conclusion, based on the facts detailed in the Committee's Report, that the Russian intelligence services' assault on the integrity of the 2016 U.S. electoral process[,] and Trump and his associates' participation in and enabling of this Russian activity, represents one of the single most grave counterintelligence threats to American national security in the modem era."

An innocent man is under no obligation to cooperate with people out to hang him. Consider the fact that they never followed through on any suit to obtain whatever documents they pretended would solve the case. It wasn't so much a lack of cooperation - it was actively obstructing the investigation. Over 10 examples of obstruction were listed. Rod Rosenstein also wouldn't let Mueller's team investigate Trump's finances. That wasn't a complete investigation.

Anyway, it didn't end there. Trumpanzees might be shocked to learn there are more than a dozen investigations and civil suits under way against Trump. The Manhattan district attorney and New York attorney general are both looking at potential criminal charges. Court filings hint at tax fraud, insurance fraud and "schemes to defraud."

And really, this doesn't have anything to do with his running in 2024, unless they actually literally put him behind bars and he's ineligible. Whether he's found guilty or innocent is neither here nor there to the Trumpanzees. It wouldn't cause him to lose any votes. Trump was already fined $27 million for running a fake school designed to rob people of their savings, and using charity money to, for example, buy paintings of himself. Trumpanzees don't give a fuck!
