After the shit-show last card, does anyone know the rules about defecating during a fight?

I think big JOHN gave an interview saying he would have stopped the fight as a tko

I think in the official rule book it states it's up to the refs personal taste for scatalogical porn

Rectal exams before every fight. If the doc can fit 2 fingers in there you aren't allowed to fight.

It's clear to me that it should be considered a loss, but what's confusing is the aftermath procedure:

It was abundantly clear that they didn't clean it properly and a bunch of fighters were running into it. Isn't that an infection waiting to happen with open wounds (and still inappropriate even if that risk didn't exist)? Why wasn't it commercially cleaned or something before the fights resumed?

I'd probably refuse to roll around in someones shit. Ref would have to make a call

Mazagati once called a fight off early because of a fart.

it dont matter. Ref wont call it unless your basically letting go of a taco supreme from the center of the octagon to the cage

if you still shit your pants you shouldn't be a pro fighter.

There should be a rule against shitty posts.

It's called common sense, it isn't specifically codified though. But there are a some rules that a ref could use.

in Nevada (rules would vary by state):
NAC 467.718Determination to stop contest or exhibition: One-sided contest or exhibition; risk of serious injury. (NRS 467.030)

1.  The referee may stop a contest or exhibition at any stage if the referee determines that the contest or exhibition is too one-sided or if either unarmed combatant is in such a condition that to continue might subject the unarmed combatant to serious injury.

2.  The referee shall stop a contest or exhibition of unarmed combat at any stage if the referee determines that both unarmed combatants are in such a condition that to continue might subject the unarmed combatants to serious injury. If a contest or exhibition is stopped pursuant to this subsection, the decision shall be deemed to be a technical draw.

[Athletic Comm’n, § 29, eff. 4-25-78] — (NAC A 12-13-82; 8-26-83; 11-2-88; 12-2-97; R090-07, 12-4-2007)

BJM stated that he'd stop the fight because it was unsanitary (or "fucking disgusting", depending on what tweet you read). subsection 1 above would probably cover that, if you consider an infection a serious injury.
