A Triller official confirmed the news to MMA Junkie following an initial report from TMZ on Tuesday morning.

Triad Combat is a new style of fighting launched by Triller last month. It pits MMA fighters vs. boxers under a set of rules intended to “level the playing field.”

I know they have different rules and OK if JDS wants a check, but Pulev is still so close to prime and there are levels to this shit.
I mean, he could have went for a fatality with Mir if he wanted.
I don't know. Seems like another plane crash into a train wreck matchup. Pulev is the last one I'd want to get in with for one of these things, currently. Too closely removed as a top HW boxing contender.

Mir should be thankful that Pulev pulled back from not sending him to the intense care …

TMZ reports that former light heavyweight champion Chad Dawson, 39-years-old, will collide with 44-year-old former UFC champion Vitor Belfort, who earlier this year blew away Evander Holyfield in a single round.

Dawson (36-5, 19 KOs), inactive for the last two years, is a lot younger than the 59-year-old Holyfield, who entered the ring after 10 years of inactivity.

I spose you could argue JDS doesn't have the chin anymore to take very significant punishment, most likely he'll be KOed but hopefully not a Cain style beatdown.

Slightly less of a mismatch than Mir but still unlikely to get out of the first round. I’ll watch
