With recent wins by Ricardo Lamas
and upsetting wins by Clay Guida, it just compounds the divisions top fighters.

With guys like
Hacran Dias, Ricardo Lamas, Yuri Alcantara, Dustin Poirer, Cub Swanson, Dennis Siver, the always great Chan Sung Jun, Hatsu Hioki. Recent dominant wins by Godofrede Pepey, Nick Lentz, Chad Mendes. Even lowly side of the division like Max "Blessed" Holloway and Antonio Carvalho, Pablo Garza, Marcus Brimage have all looked superb. Diego Brandao even

Not to mention Jose Aldo at the top of the heap and his upcoming challenger Frankie Edgar.

Win or lose this division is full of some top notch and awesome fights this year..
Cant wait, cause this weight class is fast becoming my new favorite..

Yes, in terms of quality fighters, but in terms of said fighters being able to challenge the champ........:icon_neut

Chad Mendes would probably beat the breaks off everyone on the list, and we all saw what Aldo did to him.

Just like how the LHW was so stacked, but then Jon Jones made it look sub par.

Alcantara is a BW and Pepey's win was anything but dominant. Get some sleep bro, you need it.

It's an amazing weightclass... and I know it sounds crazy, but it's currently my favourite

I love featherweight. And if you are going to mention Holloway, you should mention Garcia too. We all know he won that fight :-p

to think that just one year ago people were calling it the weakest division in the UFC. shit has escalated like a muh'fucka.

Featherweight is a scary division. For some reason the fighters seem like naturally violent men born to hurt others...

Except KZ

I know, and it makes me angry that Edgar is waltzing into another 5 round title fight.
Let him at least dance his way there; see if his hopping around, touch'n'go, and random useless TD's work out on a Top 10 fighter first, before facing Aldo.

Chad Mendes hasn't fought the recent top contenders and hasn't even fought top guys for a while aside from the Aldo fight where he got merked.

Mendes would be problem for any top FW but don't overrate him like that when the last time he fought the recent top contender was way back in 2010 against Swanson.

I've been saying it for months and more and more are starting to realise what a great division it is. Theres a lot of 145'ers out side the UFC that deserve to be in too - its the most talented division in MMA.

I've been told anything under 155 sucks and that they should abandon this division to make room for more rejects from a welterweight season of TUF. We need more Matt Arroyo fights!

FW is definitely getting shaped up nicely.

2013 will be filled with exciting FW bouts

LOL that's Shertard for you

FW will probably be more stacked than LHW and HW in about a year for sure
