Favorite Fedor/Nog

    number 2, because I can make the argument that "nog would've won."

    seriously, it's number 1. the fight, much like fedor/mirko, is a bit overrated imo. but it's still a very good fight. and again, like fedor/mirko, that first round was so fuckin intense. there were many huge punches to the head, but I can clearly remember two major flurries that fedor had (one was in the corner, the other against the ropes). fedor had a lot of momentum coming off of that heath herring BEATDOWN, but nog was still the clear favorite with his guard.

    *** the commentary was great in that fight. quadros and bas really appreciated that this was a battle between 1 and 2 in the world (the next time that would happen was cain/jds). they were really selling that fight, and imo, it helped add to the atmosphere. it was an epic showdown, for sure.
