I really enjoyed:

The Boys by Garth Ennis
The Walking Dead
Matt Fraction's Hawkeye
Old Man Logan
Y: The Last Man

Tried reading Crossed, a little too much for my taste.

Avengers Vs X-Men was a fun read
Kingdom Come is what made me read comics
The Walking Dead
Y: The Last Man
Batman Hush

Spiderman
Venom (non flash thompson)

Locke and Key

Batman.

30 days of night
Gideon Falls
Most of Batman stuff

Anime comics with sexual stuff I don't get at home.

I have all of the original Infinity Gauntlet series, as well as almost all related tie-ins. That is my absolute favorite storyline and has been since I was a kid. I really haven't read or collected anything since then.

Watchmen and Swamp thing by Allan Moore for a great story and some weird fun

Uber by Kieron Gillen for the history and brutality

Animal Man by Grant Morrison for the Psychedelic philosophy

JLA by Grant Morrison because it’s the JLA at its absolute best

Green Latnern by Ron Marz for my childhood

and The Bridge by Peter Tomasi because it’s awesome

Totally forgot about Watchmen!

Hickmans F4 & Avengers runs we’re great
Aaron’s God of Thunder run
Ennis Punisher Max

Most XMen up to the 90s. Some great storylines with several of the characters.

The Logan books...the end, old man Logan etc.

Watchmen

Walking dead series.

Several of the Batman storylines like killing joke, dark Knight returns, death in the family etc.

Pretty much anything Frank Miller or Alan Moore did.

forgot to mention that i really enjoyed reading the Green Lantern Blackest Night storyline...reading about all the other colour spectrum and how they're powered (i.e Blue is powered by Hope) really made the Green Lantern Corp that much more interesting to me.

Everyone talks about the infinity gauntlet series and that was good, but I think it's sequel, the infinity war, was even better.

Basically a new bad guy named the magus develops a power almost as strong as the infinity gauntlet, but not quite. And since it's not quite as strong, there needs to be some good planning and manipulation going on, which I thoroughly enjoyed. Also, It's the first time thanos works with the good guys and it was a very interesting dynamic.

Oh, and don't bother with the one right after that, called the infinity crusade. That was boring.

If I wasn’t out of likes I’d like every single post in this thread. People are picking some great stuff here

Immortal Hulk has been quality as of late

been meaning to dive into more of the dark knight metal stuff as well as Donny Cates Venom

recently reread Superman "Whatever happened to Truth Justice and the American Way?" short comic, but damn what a great story, supes vs Manchester black

I just read The Walking Dead this year and loved it. It's sad the show failed to grasp or show a lot of the main themes of the comic. Characters grappling with their morality, struggling to rebuild a "normal" society, etc.
