    I always considered that more of a glute/lower back exercise with all the thrusting lol... but yea I think you win.

    That is the truth.

    All I need to do is fail at one and then watch a clip of Ross effortlessly knocking them out to feel weak.

    Squat/Dead/press, waiter walks, L-sits, standing ab wheel roll outs, weighted Roman chair sit-ups, anything you do while hanging (no straps, you have hands, use them!).

    Overhead slosh pipe carries, planks (bonus when the toddler decides to help make it more challenging), unstable push ups.
