Ab wheel. Nothing makes me feel more like a bitch than attempting one standing.

That is the truth.

All I need to do is fail at one and then watch a clip of Ross effortlessly knocking them out to feel weak.

Squat/Dead/press, waiter walks, L-sits, standing ab wheel roll outs, weighted Roman chair sit-ups, anything you do while hanging (no straps, you have hands, use them!).

I haven't been doing the press with it though, just a static hold.

+1 on Ab Wheel. Its a love hate relationship. Looking at Ross makes me feel like a bitch, lol!

Overhead slosh pipe carries, planks (bonus when the toddler decides to help make it more challenging), unstable push ups.

Squats, sledgehammer swings, one handed snatches, overhead squats, one handed clean and press... and teh ab wheel of death.

Add the press, loads of fun. Be careful though, it's awkward.

1) planks (soon to be weighted)
2) side planks (ditto)
3) weighted decline sit-ups
