The 90s did not have any good rock riffs because they did not have real rock. Instead, they had alternative/grunge music meant to brainwash kids into nagging their parents into buying them a certain expensive lifestyle.

I get it I am really pushing it.

GNR. Their best songs of the 90s were Civil War and Don't Cry, but neither have that big memorable riff.

I will agree with Possum Kingdom being up there, as well as Say It Ain't So.

Smashing Pumpkins - Today is way way up there for me and I'm totally indifferent toward that band.
