fav mouth guards

i always just got cheap 2 dollar ones. i never liked the double mouth guards due to being harder to breathe
i havent ever used a expensive one so not sure if its more comfortable i only use them in competitions generally cause i hate the feelings of mouth guards anyways

Get one made by a dentist, it's form fitting, lighter and smoother and allows you to breathe. You wont feel suffocated like the doubles or boil and bites do.

Sisu makes a phenomenal boil and bite. It comes completely flat so you shape it entirely to your top teeth. You can still breath, drink water and talk while having great protection

i have a over bite as is which i heard makes wearing mouth guards miserable iv always hated wearing them makes me wana puke
