I just started training again, 5 days a week and as a result I’ve been slacking hard on my workouts at the gym I lift weights and stuff at. I know a lot of it’s mental so I’ve been trying to just push through until I’m used to it again but i was just wondering if anyone had any tips for fatigue/soreness, supplement advice, etc. so I can kill my lifts and have the energy to train super hard too. Throughout the week my diet is good too mostly all whole clean foods

calories and sleep is the basis for recovery.
daily joint mobility exercises and light clubbell work helped me a lot with soreness at some point.

too much volume and/or intensity for your current training level will always be too much.

If you're already happy with your nutrition I'd probably advise looking into your sleep and daily stretches.

Try ZMA for better quality sleep/recovery.

Beta Alanine and Arnica may help you with muscle soreness (DOMS).

Take caffeine prior to workouts for improved endurance.

if youre not on creatine, you should be

citrulline malate helps too
