Fucked up all the way around - most 90% of the fucked up is what happened to the young girl. It's not the main point of this story but I wonder how the Superintendent and the School Board could both argue that they had no knowledge of a trans kid assaulting someone. Makes me wonder the extent to which the school itself covered up the details and so it never went up the normal chain of paperwork.

There are very few reasons a school board would be aware of every violent incident at the individual school level, unless it's brought to their attention. I also wonder about the claim about any incidences involving a "trans child". Makes me wonder if the kid is actually listed as trans on official paperwork or if it's just some kid whose parents pushed for this and the school caved without following whatever internal rules exist.

Either way, glad the dad stood up for his kid and got a predator out of the school system.

The problem for me is not trans people it is that male sex hormones can not be trusted. They make significant portion of the population do all sorts of messed up unthinkable acts like install hidden cameras in toilets, hide under outhouses, or sexually assault people they think they can physically dominate. 97% of sex offenders have male sex hormones, and while these crimes are still relatively rare they unsurprising increase when perpetrators are given more access to victims. This has been a scourge on humankind since humans have lived in groups. This is why we put barriers in place and don't let children go places alone, teach them not to talk to strangers, get in their cars etc. There are just far too many sickos out there for me to be comfortable with giving males such universal access to private places where females are regularly in some state of undress.

This story is fucking unreal. A blatant cover up where the REAL details have been withheld and the focus has only been on a Father's rage at his daughter being deliberately neglected by the School District... And their attempt to protect the "Trans" boy who sexually assaulted her.

This father's daughter was raped anally by a boy in a skirt in the girls bathroom. The School tried to cover it up and the father lost his temper. Any father fucking would... They called the police on him but when he explained what happened, they took his daughter to the hospital, took a rape kit and CONFIRMED the claim. This should have been the first Red Flag. How could the school get a pass on this? #BelieveHer? I guess not when a girl is raped by a transgender.

At a following School Board meeting, the Districts Superintendent tried to deny any incident took place and the Father lost his shit again... especially when another "woke" parent claimed his daughter had lied. This is where he got arrested and became the face of "Crazy Parents" confronting school boards. He's kept his mouth since then, but he was informed by the Sheriff's office that Skirt Boy had been arrested again at another school for a similar incident. How could this happen? Likely because the School District tried to hide the incident by moving the boy to another school.... Instead of just expelling him

It's become readily apparent that school boards are not representing parents and the kids in their districts. They have become proxy's for promoting agendas. It's embarrassing that the FBI and the Federal Government is trying to paint concerned Parents as Right Wing Terrorists. It's the School Board who need to be investigated.

A Virginia father who went viral after being dragged out of a Loudoun County school board meeting and arrested for protesting its proposed transgender policies has now revealed he was trying to tell the room that his daughter had been raped by a boy 'in a skirt' in the girls' bathroom.

Scott Smith was photographed on June 22 being dragged out of the heated meeting with his torso exposed in Leesburg, Virginia. The 48-year-old plumber was ridiculed on social media afterwards and was painted by the left to be a deranged, right-wing bigot.

He said he exploded with rage at the meeting after hearing the school's ultra-liberal staff claim they had never received a report of a sexual assault by a transgender child in the bathrooms or changing rooms when he says that's exactly what he reported to them on May 28.

Now, Smith says the school board went out of its way to protect the child - 'a sexual predator' - but demonize him because he opposed its liberal policies.

'It has been so hard to keep my mouth shut and wait this out. It has been the most powerless thing I’ve ever been through,' he said.

On the day of the incident, Smith says the school told him to come to the campus because his daughter had been physically assaulted. They did not say she had been sexually assaulted.

Once he got there, he says school staff told him they would handle it internally, choosing not to call the police for an as-yet unexplained reason.

He was enraged by the decision and challenged them on it. The school board then did call the police but to report Smith, not the boy, for making a scene.

'I went nuts. I called the principal a p****. Six cop cars showed up like a f****** SWAT team,' he said.

The school's principal sent out an alert that day warning parents of what had happened involving Smith, but it said nothing of the sexual assault allegations in the bathroom.

It's unclear exactly what happened next but Smith ended up at the hospital with his daughter.

There, they told doctors what happened and a rape kit was performed.

'Thank God that I drew enough attention to it, without getting arrested, that we got an escort to the hospital and they administered a rape kit that night,' he said.

The rape kit verified his daughter's claim so they took it to the police and a case was opened.

The teenager was arrested two months later - after the school board meeting - after an investigation by the sheriff's office.

'We did respond. At the time, the juvenile was 14-years-old. He was charged with forcible sodomy. After that, it goes through the courts.

According to Lancaster, the boy confessed to what happened in police interviews.

Lancaster, who is a partner at the Leesburg firm Whitbeck Bennett, says she accompanied Smith's daughter to interviews with prosecutors.

At the meeting on June 22, Loudoun County School Superintendent Scott Ziegler said the school had never had any form of incident inside a bathroom or locker room involving a transgender child.

'To my knowledge, we don’t have any record of assaults occurring in our restrooms,' he said first.

He went on to quote Time magazine research that he said disproved the notion transgender kids might sexually attack cisgender kids, and said: 'I think it’s important to keep our perspective on this, we’ve heard it several times tonight from our public speakers but the predator transgender student or person simply does not exist.'

Smith said he became irate. He started arguing with another woman at the meeting, labeling her a 'b***h' after she allegedly denied his daughter's claim.

He was then charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

The family then retreated from the public eye but were working with Lancaster to resolve the criminal case against the boy who assaulted their daughter, they say.

They were preparing for an October 14 court date, they say, but were stunned when the same boy was arrested again on October 6, at a different school in the same district.

On this occasion, he was charged with 'with sexual battery and abduction'. In that case, he allegedly held a different girl in a classroom to attack her in Broad Run High School - 2.5miles from the high school where Smith's daughter was assaulted.

For the record before you lose your shit, I feel the school officials who kept quiet this predators actions and allowed him back into a different HS should he criminally prosecuted.

Stop pretending you care about a school boards decision here. You only care about this topic because it involves a transgender kid. School boards all over the US are putting politics (COVID mandates) before a children’s well-being but since you agree with their political reasonings you have 0 problem with it. You are suggesting simply going into a women's restroom as a male could turn you into a rapist. This sounds a lot like "well she was dressed in a skirt so she was asking for it" if this were to occur at a drunken frat party. One that would be attended by a supreme court justice.
From what i understand the rapist is charged with rape and outside actors are trying to use this as a media spectacle to promote their agenda.
Look I would not want men in the women's restroom if I had a daughter but in no way am I delusional enough to think this is why rape happens.
