Anyone here like tihs

I mean I am 5'7" 210+ and I still fight circle around people 50-80 lbs lighter and leanier then me. I always have the advantage of people under estimateing me when I step into the ring. They think I will drop dead after a minute or so But I am one of those people who have more energy at the end of a 2 hour workout when everyone is ready to die. Anyone else like that here

Total opposite. I gained 30 lbs a few years ago and lost all of my cardio. It has taken 3 years to get back where I was before...

A have a friend that I see at my gym every so often. He's about 5' 9", 240 pounds, and looks more like a computer nerd than an athlete. But for some reason that guy can out wrestle most of the "fit" people at the gym (even if they're bigger than him or stronger than him) purely because his cardio is superior. I'll never expect him to run a marathon, but when he wants to, he can just keep on going, pretty amazing for a thick guy.

Cardio monsters come in all shapes and sizes.

Your a mini Mark Hunt...

Wish i was a cardio monster but i know i am not, after i finished with my bulking i was about 230 and my cardio was all but gone, i found the hardest thing was getting my legs back into it, they just were not accustom to the weight. Once i get to a sub 10% BF, my body seemes to wake back up.

I got up to about 230 at my peak, with a good diet and changing my lifting and cardio i would guess about the 8 - 9% range at about 215

Impressive. What was your cardio training like? HIIT mostly?

yeah i really enjoy HIIT at the track, but most of it was diet and low rest between lifting sets.

Also have a couple hills that are over 1km long right by my house that are anything but mellow.
