    Not GOAT level but Melvin Guillard had real quick hands.

    For boxing, Naseem Hamed had freaky speed. His hands and feet were both super fast.

    I agree. 19-year old Vitor had the fastest hands we've seen in NHB/MMA, at least for MW and heavier.
