alright so i had a sw tourney this saturday where i weighed in at 70kg after some cutting
and this weekend i have one where the closet weightclass is 76kg (stupid adcc classes)
i guess i weigh about 72-73 now,
is there any good way i could put on a pound or two or should i just eat good and weigh in at my natural weight?
