Falling asleep is an interesting process.
Is it the same for everyone?
I always find that before I actually fall asleep I start thinking about things that make no sense and i sort of drift into a half/sleep, half day-dreaming kind of thing. If anyone disturbs me during this time its not like waking up, its just like opening my eyes kind of.
Especially when I'm really tired.
I wondered if this happens to other people to.
Or do you just lie down and go to sleep.
Or do you take ambien.
I'm afraid of that stuff, I used to sleep walk regularly I'd probably wake up on the highway.
