Fake glove touch cheap shot at UFC 200?

I have a distinct memory of this happening but don't recall who did it. I feel like it was either Edgar or Cormier.

It was during a round where the fighters touched gloves after a low blow that wasn't. Immediately after the glove touch, the fighter swung. He missed or, at best, grazed his opponent so it really had no effect on the fight hence why I forgot about it until now.
