    Anyone train there? I'm sure, being that its fairtex, that the Muay Thai instruction is top ranking, but how is the over atmosphere there? How is the BJJ, Rates etc. Let me know whats up

    Bjj is top notch as is the Muay Thai. Cool facility as well. The rates are a bit pricey but if you're serious about MMA, it's the place to go.
