He was once the Alpha but could provide no UFC Gold, now with TJ Dillashaw not only getting the belt, but getting it from the man who put away Uriah twice, does that now make TJ the Alpha-Male?

I wonder what impact if any this will have on the gym dynamic as well as Uriah Faber's career future. Please discuss.

Faber's the OG. Without him there's no UFC featherweight or bantamweight divisions.

Faber is going to stab him in the back and steal his title. This whole Bang/Faber debacle is going to get nasty.

He did say they fight in the gym every day, you never know who could get the better of the sparring without actually training there.

Faber is WAY too much of a chill California surfer dude for that to bear even the remotest nugget of possibility.

It's laughable that anyone refers to a pro fighter as a 'beta-male'.

Faber was a WEC champ with 5 title defenses. He never got the UFC gold but he was "that guy" back then and he was a pioneer of the FW weight class.

Faber turns heel and teams up with his arch nemesis Dominick Cruz to take on TJ and Bang.

Faber is the 4 time defending champion, the one with the most top wins, the seniority and the man behind the team as a whole. He'll always be the Alpha Male of the team

You never know, hey. Jealousy can make people do crazy shit, and deep down inside, I'm sure Urijah is harboring some feelz.

Faber pretty much asked the UFC to let Dillashaw fight Barao during one of his interviews. I'm sure he's happy for him. What's going to be interesting to see is if Dillashaw stays with Alpha male or decides to pack up and follow Ludwig.

Without Faber, TJ never gets that belt. Without Faber, divisions under 155 do not exist in the UFC. I would imagine Urijah is thrilled a teammate got that belt, especially one he trains with everyday. I highly doubt he has any animosity.

That being said I would root for Faber if he turned on TJ and went after that belt.

Oh and Barao didn't put Faber away twice. He finished him once in a very controversial stoppage.

He still has by far the best career of any alpha male member. A former world champion who defended his belt 4 times.

Duh, its human nature. A part of him probably wanted TJ to lose, so he wouldn't look incapable.
