Extreme case of when mean mugging...

Doesn't translate into being a great fighter. Francis Carmont ladies & gents...What happened to this dude? Physically gifted but mediocre at best and one of the most boring fighter considering how much mean mugging he did. Last I saw him, he was losing in Bellator then I think got cut. Anybody knows what happened to Francis?

I was speaking more to the OP than the title. But no, Kongo was never really a mean-mugger. To be honest, I don't remember Carmont being a mean-mugger, either.
