So I'm cutting and getting more lean at a relatively quick rate b/c I've finally had time to dedicate myself to a nice solid workout/diet regimen. Needless to say I've got some meat on the bones right now... I was just wondering is there any way to avoid having excess or loose skin as i start losing more weight?

Oh FYI. I don't know if this matters, but I take a multi +greens and whey right now.
