Saw this posted on Reddit MMA and, seeing some of the clueless idiots posting in here today, I'd recommend people give it a read:

http://www.subjectmma.com/explained-jon-jones-drug-test-scandal/

Basically states that the low testosterone levels indicate that he could have possibly been cycling off PED's AND that the rising testosterone and epitestosterone ratios were likely used to mask the PED use and keep him in the NSAC's 6:1 TE ratio.

Apparently his testosterone levels increased by 4.4x and his epitestosterone by 2.7x and this is very likely due to PED use, the only way to know for sure is by carbon isotope testing. We'll see if the NSAC or UFC actually decides to do the testing.

There's a lot more to it and I'd advise people to read it.

Damn. Crazy how all his is unraveling.

Have any of his previous tests from the Glover/Gus/Sonnen/Belfort fights been posted? It would be interesting to see if his levels are anything like the lhese.

Jones ain't the god we are expect him to be

...his career will go in a tailspin. I'm looking to rid MMA of Jon Jones.

DC hit up that bayou voodoo

The only thing which has been proven so far that he used Coca

Nice lead in for the article. Proves it passes sherdog standards for a source.

looking forward to this article simply reduced to being written by a "hater." The T/E ratios have been released in the report that is publicly available, so not only is the PED use (sorry, cocaine is an "in-competition" PED, just ask Lawrence Taylor) a fact, the highly bizarre T/E ratios are fact as well.

the t/e ratios is a story. trying to argue cocaine is a ped used a month before a fight is not. it he failed post-fight that would be a different story. not dec 4. point to lt, while there are scores of careers that were derailed by cocaine.

it's listed on the WADA website as a ped. Trying to argue out-of-competition is petty.

His T/E ratio is odd, but nothing has been proven yet, so untill something is proven he is innocent of PED use.

Not on this board. Even if a fighter is caught with a needle sticking out of him, there's going to be members saying "Not caught" or call BS. Because reasons...

Eh, try highly odd...did you even read the article? It's clear they want to focus on the cocaine result and side step the T/E issue, the coke issue is more manageable (he has a problem, he went to rehab, etc). Where as they know they can do a CIR and deal with the other (and much more glaring) issue.

bingo. Basic damage control. Jones can emerge from the coke scandal like a phoenix, play the victim/"i'm only human" card, while TRT would be harder to defend, bcs they slapped Belfort around bcs of it.
