    I just got an elasticsteel news letter, and remmembered the thread title "the exercises to do in jail"
    The picture is impressive, but it's demonstrates exactly what not to do in jail.

    On a serious note, I've got this guy's elastic steel manual and wonder if anyone has it as well because his stuff is a has a lot in common with Kurz. Has anyone had any success with their flexibility from using this guy's manual and have anyone good his new book the gravity advantage too.
