Excersises for wrestling?

Hey guys just wondering what exercises you recommend to help improve wrestling shoots and/or Greco-Roman style throws? Things like squats the other power basics are obvious, just wondering if you guys have any I might not have heard of.
 
Lunges?

Step ups?

Practicing the shoot?
 
rope climbing, wheelbarrow walks, firemans lifts, burpees, chin ups, cartwheels, rolling and falling, push ups, sit ups, knee bends, high jumping, sprinting, buddy carrys, shadow wrestling, sparring, hopping, shrimping, escaping the guard, bridging, isometrics, plyometrics, chopping wood, shopping, jogging.
 
Deadlift Mother Fucker!

oh... wait... you said you were doing the basics already. Then yeah, I vote burpees. Bears are good too, but I think burpees may be better for your goals.
 
I vote burpees too. While your at it you might also want to play with the following:

-sled
-sandbag
-and maybe a medicineball
 
Medicine Balls are for celebrities and Yoga.
 
Ooh... what about that yoga booty ballet tape MTV just released... I bet that'd be pretty fuckin good for wrestlers.

I should have been clearer so I can see where the confusion comes from.

I was actually thinking about overhead throws in place of a keg and throwing it at the floor ala sledge training using the Tabata method...:icon_conf

Cartwheels? Do those really help?
 
For the greco throws get a throw mat also known as the mats that some pole vaulters use expect get a smaller one thats what we use in freestyle/greco practice
 
!-Overhead sand bag toss starting from a full squat (ass to grass)position.
!-Jump squats
!-Oly lifts are awsome for wrestling
