Tekken is gonna be on arcade cabinets since it doesn't have a console release.

Seriously annoyed with two smash games and no KOF. Also, while I am glad two anime air dashes got in (3 if you count marvel) I wish it was blazblue instead of persona.

Other than that it's a good line up. SF, marvel, MKX, KI, GGxrd, and 1 smash were all sure things in my opinion. Hyped to see tekken 7.

I am a B level SFIV player, so I can appreciate the stupid amount of time it takes to become elite. I mean I played A LOT when that game first came out on xbox 360. Wife hated me for awhile, and I never came close to these guys levels.

Oh yeah, and screw 1-frame links. They are the bane of my existence, and near impossible to achieve with the shitty netcode Capcom used in the game.

I'm considering going. I went for MK9's debut and it was awesome. Wish REO would have made the comeback in the grand finale.

You should go. The group of people im going with are all Smash players and and other fighting games as well. I'd love to play you in both MK and Smash in person.

I hope both aren't on the main stream on finals day. Getting through on smash top 8 was hard enough. I'll have to find something to during that 4-5 hour periods. Maybe I will go outside or take a shower.

    1. Nobody cares.
    2. Yes it is like a competition or something.
    3. I'm joking about number 1.

Smash games are given like an 8 minute time limit (4 stocks / best 2 out of 3) and if you're not interested in it it feels like an eternity.

1 of the 2 Smash games should have been a side tourney.

Cool bro, you can beat me in a game I don't even care about. I should hope so.

Look, I'm not saying one smash doesn't deserve to be in, but two? I guess if it gets the entrants, then that is all that matters. But don't expect me to like it.

Smash? That garbage is a button smasher at best. Will not watch.

Shame that there is no KoF this year.

I am hyped for tekken 7, but it's gonna be a blow out since the arcade is not even out in America. It's gonna be dominated by Koreans and Japanese more so than usual.

I'm pretty hype for MKX, the Netherrealm games (MK9+Injustice) were some of my favourite games last gen. SF, Tekken, and UMvC are always fun to watch too. Personally I would like to see KoF on that list instead of 2 Smash games (ugh) or that P4A game, but I get that they have to go for the more popular games in the community at the moment.

Could not agree more man. I enjoy fucking around with smash with some friends every once in a while but pro-level smash is one of the few fighting games that I have absolutely 0 interest in watching.
