Ever fear getting stuck/trapped in the elevator?

That's probably one of my worst fears is being stuck in the elevator for hours or perhaps even days. Especially if the elevator is hot inside.

I've been stuck in the elevator a couple of months ago, I can't say I was scared but it was annoying. Very annoying.

Once in an elevator it randomly turned off, the lights were out and the doors wouldn't open. It jerked up and down a bit and I wondered if it was going to fall and I was going to die. It then opened a few moments later and instead of getting out, I thought nah must be a fluke so I'll try again. Happened again. After that I took the stairs

I was stuck in a elevator a few times but only once i was in there longer than a few minutes. I once got stuck in elevator for about a hour. I was working as a mover and getting paid but i hated it. I avoid them now unless its like 10 story or something.

I was stuck for 2-4 minutes the other day when the elevator for some reason went bonkers. My lazy ass didn't want to climb from the basement to the 3rd floor of the gym after leg day. I got into the elevator with these random girls who use the n word in casual conversations. I was in my hoe short shorts and I smelled extra foul because I didn't wash my SBD knee sleeves this month. It felt like an eternity.

Got stuck for an hour at the hospital a while back. 4 of us had gone to get lunch, out of 9 working, and one elderly visitor and we got stuck.

Been stuck for no more than 10-15 min on a few occasions-does kind of blow.

Being very old I seem to remember all elevators long ago used to have a ceiling escape hatches but they seem to have phase those out and almost never see them anymore.

No. I have a history of jumping in elevators. Then my gf or wife yells at me because they're afraid of getting stuck in the elevator.
