Bobby had elite wrestling. He is in the Australian Olympic wrestling team IIRC, so he uses it for TDD.

Brunson really tried against Israel, and he couldnt do much. Israels TDD literaly improved so damn quickly in his first year in the UFC. I only see it getting better.

I agree that he is going to have a tough time against Whittaker, Jacare, Romero of those guys are still at the same level after age and injuries. Weidman? Dude needs to move up in weight. His punch resistance is getting worse every fight

Valid point but Jacare is almost 40 and Weidman appears to be completely shot at this point. He's lost 4 of his last 5. Jacrare may still beat him, but his odds of winning are going down all the time. That said, if an up and coming young wrestler emerges at MW, Israel could be in trouble.

Romero is older than Jacare though he hasn't slowed down much...yet. Not sure if he'll make MW again, though. And of course he has Hendo syndrome: a highly-credentialed wrestler who would rather stand and bang.

How is he not legit yet? You realize he has been fighting in combat sports successfully for a very long time outside of the UFC and is currently 16-0 in MMA with his last two wins being over top 10 opponents. Has like 80+ something kickboxing fights at the highest level in that sport where the true strikers come out to play.

You misunderstand me. I'm not saying he's not legit. I'm questioning HOW legit as in can he reign at the top. Time will tell. No need to get all defensive. LOL.
