This issue was the systematic government covering up the grooming gangs and ignoring victims. Allowing some of these groups to operate for years.

Nope. That's not what you said in your original post that I replied to. Let me remind you exactly what you said...

That said, majority of child sex grooming gangs are made of English men and always have been.

So you specifically said the majority of grooming gangs are made of English men and always have been which is untrue. If you had said the majority of pdf files are English men you'd have been correct since the vast majority of people living in the UK are still indigenous white Brits but we're talking about the phenomenon of grooming gangs not pdfs or sex offenders in general and it's very clear from all the stats that Muslim men primarily of Pakistani origin are grossly overrepresented in this particular type of crime.
