Here's a fun game a friend of mine came up with that's pretty good for cardio conditioning. You need two (at least) to play. Etai is japanese for "ouch." The game is called this because the object is to step on the other persons foot without getting your feet stepped on. The first person who gets stepped on loses. Therefore, the emphasis is on staying nimble and light on your feet while avoiding your opponents feet. It's really good for balance, foot speed and agility as well as being pretty tiring due to the sporadic bursts of speed you'll have to pull off in order to win or not lose. Foot injuries aren't really that big of an issue if you play with shoes on because the other person will have to step pretty lightly in case their attack misses so they can bring their foot back in time. Even so, play this only with friends since it could get dangerous if you hate each other. Try it out.
