    The thing I have always liked best about both this kick, and the spin hook, is how he uses it in the first example. Someone moving, or circling away from, your power hand.

    This is one of the most useful kicks I learned while doing TKD. I like to use it as a follow up when I miss my first kick. Great video thanks for the post.

    The awesome thing about the back kick IMHO that I hope to see more guys use it for, is that this kick has SO MUCH FORCE behind it that it's really effective in illiciting a reaction to set up stuff later

    It's like body shots in boxing but bigger - you "steal" them when you have the opportunities. And there are so many opportunities for sneaking in short, quick back kicks
