Equipment Question.

I've seen this thing a few times and have no idea what it is, or what it does.

I saw the Lesnar / Carwin countdown and Lesnar was shown with this metal device, he was holding in his hands, and spinning it in front of him. It looks like it would be mimicing the motions of punching a speed bag.

I just don't know what its called, and I wanted to find out where I can get one, but that's hard to explain with out knowing... anyone have any idea what i'm talking about?
