So I need to get a pair of Thai pads for the kickboxing/Muay Thai club in my highschool as we currently use only rugby shields and the techniques that we practice are quite limited.

I need some advice for ordering from eBay/amazon as it looks like it is easier to find cheaper pads online.

Are these legit?

If you can afford the extra it's worth going for one of the decent thai brands.

I have a pair of top kings which I really like and brought after getting a cheap pair of ebay which I hated (rdx not the ones you showed). I have used the fairtex ones at my gym and they are good too. I'm sure others will have loads to recommend

as a general it's worth spending a bit more to get something that will last rather than buying cheap and having to replace it in no time

The rate of use will probably be 3 to 4 times per month.

so your saying these pads will be only used once a week?
I guess you can go for a lower end thai pad.

beginner classes?

At the moment it might be worth waiting a couple of days in case anyone has any nice post xmas sales
