Trudeau is a lapdog for globalism, and he has stated that he views Canada as a post-national state which is the direction globalist powers want to move nations to. Canada is 'progressive' in this regard. 'Diversity' is in part a tool of dissolution of nation, but it isn't dissolution for the sake of dissolution I wouldn't say. More to do with enabling a larger international power structure to emerge, rendering the concept of national sovereignty (and eventually perhaps even nations themselves) obsolete. The people to be ruled by fewer and more distant people.

I'm not about to try to dissect what he means by entropy but it wouldn't change much.
