    Deads: 135, 225, 315, 415 x 5, 475 x 1.
    -Just testing 1RM, this went up very smoothly. Could probably hit close to 500 right now.
    Pull-up pyramid to 4 and back.
    100 Flutter Kicks.

    Haven’t been tracking my workouts like I should. Need to jot a few things down so I can work off of them. Within the last week I hit 255x5 on bench. Maxed my dead at 525. Today was:

    Front Squats: 95, 115, 135, 155, 185, 205 x 5, 225 x 4, 245 x 2.

    Squats off the safety rack: 95, 135 x 5, 185 x 3, 205, 225, 245, 275 x 1

    Bench: 125, 185, 205, 225, 260 x 5.
    -260 was very smooth.

    DB Incline: 70, 80, 90 x 5

    5 pull-ups, 10 ball slams, 15 burpees, 20 jumping jacks x 5: 13 minutes.
