All that movement bullshit was clear at one point in round two when he was against the ropes with a bewildered look about him as Nate was about to pour it on. Can we stop with that stupid bullshit please. The movement of interest is you hurting him and him hurting you. Get good at that.
 
Excuse me sir, it is called "neo-movement".
 
Him losing did not make training movement any more or less bullshit than when he won. It has its uses, perhaps more mentally than physically during fight week.
 
I will never stop with the movement. I already started taking touch butt classes in the park. By the time summer rolls around I will be touching butts like it's nobodies business.
 
He lost the fight so clearly everything he did leading up to it was bullshit.

conor's movement is great, he gassed. watch his FW fights.
 
While I think there is legitimate benifits to the movement stuff I think Conor is getting drip fed legitimate drills by a con man and is making him look a fool.

Keep that movement shit on the off-camp for casual training. Cardio comes first in fight training.
