Hey All

I have my first attempt at fighting at 93kg coming up, 3 weeks away, I am currently 99.

I have never had to cut weight before, The fight has same day weight ins so I don't really want to cut to much water weight but rather lose it.

I have lost 8KG in the last 8 weeks but am struggling a bit with getting my food intake amounts right so that I am losing weight but also have enough energy to train, as of late I have missed a few training sessions because of lack of energy.

As of late I have been trying to keep my calories under 2000 for the day.

My daily training for the next 3 weeks will be..

30 mile road cycle
1.5 - 2hr gym seesion (thai box, grappling etc)
Plus my job is quite physical, nothing to extreme but decent

I have read up on the weight cutting thread, cut out all carbs in the last week, lots of water.

What amount of calories should I aim for? and what should my weight be after the first and second weeks? how much weight can i expect to cut n the last few days?

Any help is appreciated
