Sounds like you're into general fitness and conditioning in which case

    -running LSD is good
-what you're doing for strength is a waste of time
-start doing bodyweight calisthenics for muscular endurance
-use lifts like burpees, mountain climbers, chin ups, squats, swings, cleans, snatches, etc for high reps or density sets
-if you want strength you have to do big lifts like barbell squats, deadlifts, standing presses, bench press, rows, etc(all with full range of motion, ass to floor squats, bar to chest and full lockout for press and bench)for relatively low reps (<10 reps[<5 for most people])
-1 or 2 days of strength training should be plenty for you on top of your other skills and conditioning work

You definitely need more variations of curls, as teh gunz are the most important muscle group. Also 5'9 is WAAAAAAAAAAAY too tall, ask your doctor if you can take estrogen and also make it a habbit to wear really heavy hats. You dont want girls to be like "wow youre tall, thats gross - imma go find a manlet". And manlet is 5'8 and under so thats the max.

Your body needs at least 3% of essential bodyfat to survive.

Trying to maintain 5% you'll probably experience health problems.

I'm pretty excited that nobody calls troll on this - i'm also pretty glad, because it is fucking annoying to read 520 posts that all say "0/10". Thus, i as well shall ignore the obvious and regard you as heavily misinformed and/or slightly retarded rather than a provocateur.

    1. Read the FAQ. Or Starting Strength. Hell, read anything. Anything at all will make you smarter at this point.
    2. Don't start training until you can tell a PT at a local gym your goals without them furrowing their brow or pinching the bridge of their nose. If they make these faces you have said something stupid - this knowledge should also help you recognize other mistakes that you make throughout the day and probably increase your chances with the girls more than gunz would.

    Good luck!
