Ari betrayed his Endeavor stock holders and got a big bonus for it. Maybe Endeavor now WME Holdings needed to not be shackled down with all the trapping of stock regulations? As for TKO Holdings they overpaid big time for IMG as nothing left. Still waiting what events they got their big ones they used in package deals to sell WWE in Spanish countries like the Madrid Open they kept to sell elsewhere damn cheapskates. So what is left of IMG their advisors? A few events Ari even kept his art shows. TKO is basically a touring company like Feld Entertainment. Live Events. But if they want to compete with the BIG sport holding companies like Liberty Media, AEG, or even Fenway Sports Group, Yankee Global Enterprises, or MSG they will need more top sport promotions.

Fair point and I think that is the general idea behind Silver Lake removing Ari and divesting assets. WME is going to be focused on its core representation & packaging business. Random acquisitions are being divested or spun out. IMG is going to be gone IMO.

TKO is likely to make a record breaking billion/year rights deal with Netflix, which will absolutely print money for Silver Lake.

Ari says he isn't interested in a team rather own the whole league to control it all. But Egon Durban seems to want bragging rights in owning a top team and invested in NFL Raiders, no doubt he looks at other private equity companies like RedBird Capital Partners who Silver Lake was rated ahead of until they made big deals like now own AC Milan (Italian soccer club), Toulouse FC (French soccer team) two of the biggest soccer leagues in Europe. Silver Lake has fallen in the rankings of private equity companies.

Of course the best NFL team to own is the Dallas Cowboys but looking at around 10 billion to get that one. Maybe better for Ari is to buy The Rock's UFL from Fox & RedBird as the Rock is part of TKO board he and his ex can keep their shares.

Ari wants control and says he is looking to the future sports that would be like BKFC and Pickelball? But if they want to keep making new sports and promoting them then I would want them to create new promotions partnering with others if the new boxing league/promotion works with Turki then they should partner with him on other new sports like Mounted Archery ... hear me out U.S. cowboy sports are catching on in Europe and Mounted Archery is in the Muslim religion as Mohammad praised it. And Billionaire Thomas Tull has got a team in PBR and owns the biggest Rodeo events in America. But USA is a gun loving country so may have to do cowboy (horseback gun target shooting) vs Indian (horseback archery) sports.

Other events that can buy for TKO? Dana White and the Fertties own Thrill One Sports & Entertainment, Nitous Circus, Travis Pastrana's Nitro Rallycross & Street League Skateboarding (SLS) these are okay to add to TKO.

Looks like TKO has put a bid on this new flag football league. Guess NFL wants as more likely to get into the Olympics and spread American football to the world. Will do a women's and men leagues. Though TKO will do the best at creating this they are up against 10 other bidders.
