so tomorrow im going to be in the gym and im going to do(try) 100 reps of 135 power clean, was wondering if anyone ever tried it or what thoughts anyone has on it
 
I make it a personal goal of curling a 20lb dumbbell 100 times (each arm) every time I go to the gym.
 
Watch out for brown piss, hehe
 
I think we had an abortive conditioning challenge along these lines. I alone was stupid enough to try it. Your hands should turn to rubber at around rep 35.

well i knocked it out yesterday, all 100 reps did it 10 x 10 and im sore everywhere today

with which arm?

ive heard of similar things. it'd be good for a cardio workout.
 
10x10 isnt the same as 100 reps. You should have braved the full 100 reps, like Clubber Lang did in Rocky 3.

I've actually done a similar thing. I used 75 pound dumbells instead and broke the rep/set scheme into 12 reps per set for 8 sets. Taking 30 second rests or so between sets, a little longer in the later sets.
