Just got back from a three week trip. Forgot to add a training session before I left

Haven't hit the weights yet, been to three BJJ training sessions though, my gas tank was really bad, but gets better each time.
 
So since I have been back from my Mexico trip, it has been all about getting back to where I was. Have done mostly catch-up workouts, in attempt to lift my previous loads.

I have finally caught up, for both rep ranges.

Still training BJJ three times per week, although I had a few weeks where my motivation to roll was just shot.
 
Long time no update. I've been relatively consistent with my strength gains, and I think I'll just post updates every time I up the weight.
